Get Me Torrents

Get Me Torrents is a minimal torrent search experiment by steffoz over on reddit. I love it. No ads, no stupid games, no pop-ups, just space. There's a lot of suggestions over on the feedback page, some of which might work, but most of which I think just push it more towards any other torrent site. The point of Get Me Torrents is to have a simple, minimal torrent site, which is exactly what it is.

The Ugly Truth

Photographer Rut Mackel manages to capture the moment when face-meets-window in this series of photos, although of course, that's not what it's all about.

Rut says that "this project explores the ugliness and the beauty that exists within each of us. By drastically transforming faces from aesthetically attractive to unpleasant appearance I wanted to challenge our perception of aesthetic appearance."

For me, it's the latest series to add to the sellotape series and the wind machine series.
