Raging debate akin to that which surrounded the London Olympics logo going on over The University of California's new logo, but surely I can't be the only one who immediately thinks of the UK's Open University?

Darkened Cities
Ever wondered what night skies would look like without all that artificial light we create? Photographer Thierry Cohen gives us an idea by photographing cities, removing all traces of light, then dropping in incredible photos of night skies, albeit from deserted places such as Mojave Desert and the Amazon. They might not be true to life, but they're beautiful photos nonetheless.
