Really, really like this app from State Farm Insurance. Rather than rely on the average shock of texting and driving campaigns, State Farm have created an app which you activate when you get in your car. If anyone texts you while you're driving, the app sends an automatic reply. There's even a voice option which will pick up your calls and replay a personalised message.
Skittles - GIF Rap the Rainbow
Skittles have launched a Christmas campaign, GIF Rap the Rainbow (boom boom), which trys to tap into the wonder of gifs. I love a good gif, but somehow Skittles fails completely.
Perhaps it's because you can only choose between four gifs and four different tracks (although all very similar), or perhaps it's because they're all totally overstylised and extremely Christmassy. Or perhaps they're just not very funny. The beauty of gifs for me is that they capture a very random yet specific moment, whereas these Skittles gifs are just painfully planned. What do you think?
