Metrography - London with Tube Map Geography

We all know and love the London tube map. How couldn't you? If you don't do either, stop reading, Google it, and then look at it until you appreciate it. We also all know how messed up it is geographically speaking, but that's OK as it's clear to understand thanks to Beck mapping it topologically, and anyway, it's so lovely to look at.

Metrography, designed by Benedikt Groß and Bertrand Clerc shows London as it would be if geography followed topography. Good fun.

Unicef Tap Project

I really like these posters from the Unicef Tap Project. Love the Cold War/Communism/propaganda style. The Tap Project, born in 2007 in New York City, is based on a simple concept: restaurants would ask guests to donate $1 or more for the tap water they usually enjoy for free, and all funds raised would support UNICEF’s efforts to bring clean and accessible water to millions of children around the world.

Here in Denmark they always charge you for tap water, and it pisses me off.
